  • What are your rates?

    Our rates vary depending on size and type of storage. Please call for rates and available sizes or a list of our rates can be found here
  • Should I make a reservation?

    Availability changes on a daily basis. In order to make sure the space you want is available when you need it, we recommend that you make an advance reservation.
  • Do I need insurance?

    Renters should carry insurance on all contents stored at any storage unit facility. Check your homeowner's or renter's policy to see if you are already covered or apply for insurance coverage from a company that specializes in self-storage insurance. Insurance is the tenant's responsibility. Watercraft, RV, or Auto must provide proof of current insurance and registration. Access Mini Storage cannot insure your contents or anything parked in the facility.
  • Do you give me a key?

    You provide your own lock and key so that you are the only one with access to your unit. You may purchase a high quality lock at our storage office.
  • Can I have my unit rent automatically charged to my credit card each month?

    You will need to visit the facility to lease your unit and make the initial payment. After that, you may call to make payments by credit card or we can set up your account to automatically charge your credit card each month. Ask about Auto Pay discount!
  • What type of payment do you accept?

    We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payments after hours can be placed in our night payment box. Checks or money orders only... please DO NOT put cash in this box.
  • I only need storage for a few days, can I rent by the day?

    The minimum rental period is 1 month. You may use the space for a few days, a few weeks or all month however we are unable to offer refunds for early move-outs.
  • What kind of documentation do I need to rent a unit?

    A valid drivers license or federal ID with picture is required to lease a unit. Motor vehicles, Watercraft and RV must be accompanied by current registration and proof of insurance.
  • How long will it take to complete my transaction on move-in day?

    The entire move-in process should take less than 15 to 20 minutes. Please keep in mind this time could vary depending on whether there are other customers ahead of you when you arrive. Mornings are usually the slowest period of the day while afternoons are busier.
